The Maurer Foundation celebrated breast cancer awareness month, raising over $340,000 at the annual Pink Diamond Gala!
Over 300 guests came out in support of breast health education on Friday, October 13th at The Garden City Hotel. It was an evening to remember as a truly magnanimous individual was recognized – Honoree, David Marino, Group President & COO of American Global. The positive energy could be felt throughout the evening as guests filled the dance floor, bid on silent auction items, and purchased tickets, trying their luck on a multitude of extraordinary raffle prizes.
It is with a tremendous sense of gratitude and appreciation that The Foundation acknowledges the invaluable support of everyone that helped to make this Gala a whopping success, which raised over $340,000 for breast health education! These funds will support the foundation’s programs that bring life-saving information to students in high schools and colleges throughout Long Island and the five boroughs.
