This forty-minute program promotes the role of lifestyle changes in reducing the risk of breast cancer. The program reinforces regular exercise and proper nutrition and encourages attendees to pay attention to food choices, fat intake, portion sizes and information contained on food product packaging. Attendees are also given the unique opportunity to practice proper breast self examination on silicone breast models. Our highly trained educators help dispel myths, fears and inhibitions regarding breast cancer. By the end of the lesson, we have planted a seed of knowledge that will help save lives.
