Cocktails, scrumptious appetizers, and great networking the evening of April 12 marked the official kick-off of the Maurer Foundation Pink Diamond Dinner this June. The Pink Diamond Dinner Kick-Off Cocktail Reception was attended by dozens including Maurer Foundation board members, volunteers, founder Dr. Virginia Maurer, honoree John King, past year’s honoree Thomas J. Murray, CPA, and employees of J. Kings Food Service Professionals, Inc. and Capital One Bank.
The reception was a celebratory preview of the Pink Diamond Dinner, the Maurer Foundation’s annual gala dedicated to raising money for breast health education. This year’s theme is “A Night at the Casino” and will feature gaming, fabulous prizes, and many more surprises.
