The Maurer Foundation is proud to participate in A Mighty Lass’ Mpower 2017 on Saturday, March 11th at LIU Post. “A Mighty Lass” is a foundation that promotes learning strategies that educate, inspire and empower women of all ages. Mpower is a half day event with nationally renowned speakers providing interactive workshops, educational panels, and motivational movements for 4th to 8th grade girls and their moms.
Dr. Maurer founded The Maurer Foundation to bring greater awareness to the importance of breast health for young women. That’s why we are so excited to participate in Mpower. As Dr. Maurer knows, it is never too early to become a strong and confident young woman through education.
This will undoubtedly be an inspiring and fun day for all!
