This week, there will be several opportunities to shop for a meaningful cause. Americana Manhasset‘s annual Champions for Charity holiday shopping fundraiser will give back 25% of full-price purchases to charities of the shopper’s choice, including the Maurer Foundation! Additionally, Americana Manhasset’s J. Crew store will host a special private shopping event that will provide support to our breast health programs.
From Thursday, December 5 through Saturday, December 7, over 70 Americana Manhasset stores and select Wheatley Plaza stores are participating in this year’s Champions for Charity benefit. Please make the Maurer Foundation your charity selection and support our breast health education programs. To date, we have reached over 230,000 women with information about breast cancer prevention, risk reduction and early detection. Register for a Champion card and designate the Maurer Foundation as your preferred recipient to help us continue making a difference!
J. Crew is partnering with the Maurer Foundation for a private shopping event with food, cocktails and merchandise for the entire family. For purchases made between the hours of 6-8 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 25% of proceeds will also go toward our life-saving cause, when your Champions Card is presented with the Maurer Foundation charity designation.
