Many thanks to the fashionable supporters who came out last Thursday to our Theory Private Shopping Event! Fundraisers like these are crucial to our continued success in breast cancer education and prevention, and we appreciate every single shopper who joined in the fun.
The festive cocktail party and private shopping soiree, held at the fabulous women’s boutique Theory, was the kickoff event for the 17th annual Americana Manhasset Champions For Charity benefit. Each year, this unique program allows shoppers to designate 25% of their purchases at participating retailers to a charity of their choice. At this special private shopping event on November 29th, these proceeds went straight to our efforts to promote our mission of breast health education!
While we won’t have our fundraising total until after the holidays, we do want to sincerely thank all the shoppers who came out to support us and Champions for Charity. Support like this helps us maintain our mission of breast cancer prevention, both through our community outreach and our high school and corporate breast health programs.
