The staff at The Maurer Foundation had a fun night last Tuesday evening at the Long Island Ducks 4th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Night.
We would like to thank the LI Ducks and all of the folks that stopped by our table to say hello. Many of the fans commented on our Pink Bus that was parked outside of the stadium. The Pink Bus travels throughout the tri-state reinforcing the message that early detection equals survival. In an effort to build continuous awareness, The Pink Bus will travel through many northeast communities with influential quarterly ads promoting the importance of early detection.
One of the highlights of the night is when one of the fans won our raffle prize which was a candy cake donated by Kathy and Patrick Lough.
